Job Description : Assistant Manager & Manager– Land & Legal (Renewable Energy)

Experience : 4–10 Years

Qualification : LLB mandatory; LLM / MBA preferred

Location : Ahmedabad

Industry : Renewable Energy (Solar, Wind, Hybrid, Green Hydrogen) - Mandatory

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Land & Legal will support land acquisition, legal documentation, and compliance activities for renewable energy projects. The role involves assisting senior managers in due diligence, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of project-related legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in land identification, acquisition, and verification of ownership / title records.
• Conduct preliminary legal due diligence and prepare reports for senior review.
• Draft and review basic agreements (sale deeds, lease deeds, NDAs, right-of-way agreements).
• Coordinate with local authorities, landowners, and aggregators for documentation and clearances.
• Support litigation management by liaising with external counsel and preparing case files.
• Track regulatory updates and share implications with the team.
• Maintain records of contracts, approvals, and compliance documents.
