Associate Director / Director - Medical Coding | Hyderabad | Medical and Nursing - US Healthcare

Oversee extensive medical coding operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional accuracy.

Recruit, nurture, and lead high-performing teams across diverse specialties, including IPDRG, ED, HCC, and more.

Champion strategic initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, and boosting coder efficiency.

Partner with clinical, quality, and training teams to create and execute a robust framework for continuous coder development.

Liaise with senior stakeholders and clients to uphold SLA commitments and consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks.

Stay ahead of emerging industry trends, regulatory updates, and evolving coding standards to sustain operational leadership.

The Successful Applicant

Associate Director / Director - Medical Coding

Solid academic credentials, preferably a graduate or postgraduate from a reputed institution.

Certification such as Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and DRG coding standards and guidelines.

Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and managing cross-functional initiatives.

Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
