Sales Manager – GRP Products

Job Summary :

We are looking for a results-driven and technically competent Sales Manager to lead the sales of our GRP product range . The ideal candidate should be capable of generating new leads, conducting technical meetings, and closing sales by confidently communicating product features, dimensions, material specifications, and durability benefits to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation : Identify and reach out to potential customers through field visits, networking, and digital sources.
• Follow-ups & Meetings : Proactively follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and provide timely communication to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Product Demonstration : Clearly explain product features, dimensions, technical specifications, and durability of GRP products to clients.
• Sales Closure : Negotiate effectively and close deals with clients while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships with key accounts and repeat customers.
• Market Intelligence : Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to suggest improvements or new opportunities.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.
