About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, coordinating with business leaders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience, while also supporting other HR operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned technical roles from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define role specifications.
  • Create and post job descriptions across portals, social media, and internal networks.
  • Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards regularly.
  • Build a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive networking and talent mapping.
  • Partner with external agencies, institutes, and job boards for sourcing as required.
  • Support campus hiring and internship drives.

HR Operations & Support

  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.
  • Support HR documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
  • Participate in HR initiatives related to engagement, communication, and employer branding.
  • Assist in periodic HR reports and compliance-related activities.
  • Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Exposure to HR operations or generalist activities will be an advantage.
