Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work across various media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and / or Figma. Solid understanding of visual design principles : layout, typography, color theory, etc. Experience in branding, digital marketing design, and print production. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. [Optional : Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.] Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field(not mandatory) Experience working in a fast-paced agency or tech / startup environment. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop visually engaging designs for digital platforms (web, social media, email, ads) and print (brochures, flyers, banners).
- Create and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Translate concepts and ideas into high-quality creative deliverables.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to meet business goals through design.
- Design UI / UX elements such as icons, illustrations, infographics, and layouts.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Take constructive feedback and refine designs accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continually bring fresh ideas.
