Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Chennai. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential or commercial properties, maintaining property rentals, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. They will also be responsible for collecting rents, coordinating repairs and maintenance, immediate filling of vacant spaces, managing rental agreements, and handling tenant inquiries.
