Job descriptionBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications. Advanced proficiency in Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other Oracle development tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Project management experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Summary
- Lead the development and customization of Oracle Fusion HCM applications using Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other tools.
- Design and implement integrations between Fusion HCM and other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Oversee the technical aspects of Fusion HCM implementations and upgrades.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and support to end-users and functional consultants.
- Mentor and guide junior technical consultants.
