Your Role Description :
As a Growth Partner, you’ll be the strategic lead for client growth programs — managing the full journey from lead generation to pipeline creation. You’ll coordinate in-house Inside Sales teams, work with outsourced vendors, and ensure clients achieve measurable revenue outcomes.
What You Will Do :
- Define growth strategy & ICPs for clients.
- Lead end-to-end program delivery : vendor coordination, inside sales, reporting.
- Track performance metrics : lead quality, pipeline growth, conversion rates.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Mentor and guide Inside Sales Executives for optimal results.
What We Are Looking For :
6–10 years in B2B growth, sales operations, consulting, or inside sales leadership.Strong communication & client management skills.Hands-on with CRMs and data-driven decision-making.Ability to manage multiple clients and distributed teams simultaneously.Why Join Renin :
