Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The Customer Support Associate will handle customer inquiries via voice, and provide detailed information about loans. Daily tasks include documenting interactions, maintaining accurate records,and ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions for clients. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are key for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience in voice, email, and chat support as part of customer service
• Organizational and multitasking abilities for managing customer queries efficiently
• Basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting and reporting system issues
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Dedication to teamwork and a customer-first approach
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
