Job descriptionAnalog circuit blocks : OTA, Charge Pump, Bandgap Reference, Ring Oscillator, LC-VCO , etc. SERDES-related circuits : TIA, DRV, P2S, Serializer, RCOMP, Calibration Blocks, Receiver Front-End, CTLE, DFE, CDR Loop, Phase Interpolators, Deserializer, S2P, FFE, Pre-Drivers, Level Shifters, V2I Circuits, Slicers, Samplers , and other custom building blocks. Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso Schematic & Layout editors. Solid understanding of MOS device operation. Design analog / mixed-signal circuits to meet target specifications. Perform layout of designed circuits and analyze parasitic effects. Conduct hardware measurements and analyze silicon results. Evaluate impact of device characteristics on circuit-level behavior. Identify and optimize critical parameters for system-level performance. Contribute to automation initiatives and efficiency-improvement projects 91 8088969910.
