What you'll build

• You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality day-to-day service delivery by defining, tracking, and meeting ambitious KPIs and SLAs.
• You will provide advanced technical expertise in BASIS and database technologies-particularly HANA.
• You will collaborate across teams to streamline processes, enhance automation, and deliver proactive operations services along with effective alert-reduction programs.
• You will manage and prevent escalations by taking proactive steps and driving initiatives that boost operational resilience and customer satisfaction.
• You will proactively monitor alerts and maintain system stability by analyzing issues and implementing timely corrective actions with clear mitigation plans, in 24.7 operations
• You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to address customer pain points, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery. Also optimize standard operating procedures through automation and deliver proactive, on-demand operational services, including alert-reduction programs for all stakeholders.
