Job Title : Business Analyst - Contract & Subscription Model

Job Type : Part-Time / Contract

Experience : 4-8 Years

Location : Hyderabad Telangana / Chennai Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities:

• Experience as a Business Analyst preferably in SaaS subscription or contract-driven businesses.
• Strong Experience in Accounts Payable(AP) Accounts Receivable(AR) and General Ledger(GL) processes.
• Strong understanding of subscription billing revenue recognition and contract management processes.
• Hands-on experience with CRM ERP or subscription management tools.
• Analyze document and optimize contract management processes and subscription lifecycle workflows (onboarding billing renewals amendments cancellations).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Finance Legal Product and IT to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct data analysis to provide insights into subscription metrics revenue recognition churn and customer behavior.
• Support implementation and enhancement of subscription management platforms (e.g. Salesforce Zuora NetSuite SAP or similar systems).
• Identify process gaps risks and inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
• Assist in preparing business cases reports dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process validation and documentation for system changes.
• Stay updated with industry trends in subscription-based and contract-driven business models
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
