Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali district for an Experienced Broker at Krosland Logistics LLC. The Experienced Broker will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating and negotiating freight, developing strong relationships with customers, and delivering tailored logistics solutions. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maximizing profitability, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics, freight management, and supply chain optimization
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Proficient in communication, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with cutting-edge logistics technologies and tools
• Ability to work independently in an on-site role
• Proven track record as a broker in the logistics or transportation industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
