US Liaison Specialist

We are currently looking for a professional to serve as a liaison between our US and Indian teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in Client Support / Project Coordination / Technical Account Management, strong English communication skills, good understanding of websites, software & apps, and comfort working in partial night shift.

• Coordinate with Indian technical team to ensure smooth delivery
• Track progress, resolve issues, maintain clear communication
• Talk to US clients, share project updates, manage tickets
• Share project updates and manage tickets with US clients

This role is suitable for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring seamless communication between our US and Indian teams. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to new situations, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
