WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
As a
Lifecycle Growth Manager
at
Lumosity , you’ll design and optimize the
user engagement engine
that powers millions of training sessions worldwide. You’ll combine
data, behavioral insights, and creative experimentation
to build personalized journeys that drive
activation, retention, and subscription growth.
Working across
email, push, and in-app channels
using
Braze , you’ll own key lifecycle loops — from onboarding to reactivation — and continuously test ideas that help users build stronger training habits.
Our ideal candidate is
analytical yet creative , equally comfortable diving into user data and designing impactful experiments end-to-end.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze & Experiment
Analyze user behavior, retention cohorts, and funnel performance to uncover growth opportunities.
Design, execute, and analyze
A / B tests and lifecycle experiments
that improve activation, engagement, and conversion.
Translate data insights into actionable lifecycle strategies and personalized messaging opportunities.
Build lightweight lifecycle dashboards and share key learnings across product, data, and marketing teams.
Design & Execute Campaigns
Own Lumosity’s
email, push, and in-app messaging strategy
end-to-end — from audience segmentation to creative execution.
Create
personalized lifecycle journeys
by mapping key user states and behavioral triggers that guide users through onboarding, activation, habit formation, and subscription conversion.
Build and optimize
triggered and automated campaigns
using Braze Canvas and Liquid personalization.
Develop
re-engagement and winback programs
that bring users back into training routines.
Manage the
weekly newsletter and content calendar , highlighting new content, product features, and brain training insights.
Collaborate & Scale
Partner cross-functionally with
product, data, science, and engineering
to align lifecycle messaging with user experience.
Champion
automation, personalization, and experimentation
across the growth team.
Shape the
long-term lifecycle roadmap , introducing smarter triggers and state-based logic to improve retention and lifetime value.
WHO YOU ARE
2–5 years of experience in
lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing , ideally for a
consumer tech or subscription product.
Strong analytical foundation — you can read retention curves, design experiments, and interpret data (with support from analysts).
Hands-on experience with
Braze
(or similar tools) and comfort with personalization logic (Liquid).
Excellent written communication and attention to detail in campaign execution.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams — product, science, and business.
Creative and data-driven : you balance messaging craft with measurable impact.
Excited by Lumosity’s mission to make

Bonus :
Basic proficiency in HTML / CSS for email optimization.
Familiarity with
behavioral or state-based personalization frameworks.
Experience running lifecycle experiments or behavioral nudges.
