Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourist Visa Executive located in New Delhi. The Tourist Visa Executive will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications, verifying documentation, providing guidance on visa requirements, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves effective communication with embassies, consulates, and clients to ensure a smooth application process. Additionally, assisting in resolving queries and staying updated on visa policies and procedures will form an integral part of the daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of visa application processes, documentation, and associated guidelines
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks and timelines efficiently
• Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry software)
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Prior experience in visa services, travel consultancy, or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
