We are seeking an experienced Finishing Head to lead our finishing department in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finishing processes and will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Oversee the finishing department operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Manage a team of finishing staff, providing training and support as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor and maintain finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Implement quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards in finishing processes.

Skills and Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in a finishing role within the manufacturing or textile industry.

Strong knowledge of finishing processes and equipment.

Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficient in quality control techniques and standards.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
