Ltd. specializes in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), which are steel structures built over a structural concept of primary and secondary members, roof and wall sheeting, and various other components. These custom-designed buildings are lighter in weight, high in strength, and economical in cost. They offer factory-controlled quality, durability, longevity, flexibility in expansion, environmental friendliness, and faster installation times. Our buildings can be equipped with skylights, wall lights, vents, doors, windows, trusses, mezzanine floors, fascias, canopies, crane systems, and more, based on customer requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager Marketing located in Nagpur, with some work from home acceptable. The General Manager Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing marketing teams, and overseeing sales activities. Day-to-day tasks will include market planning, marketing management, market analysis, and team coordination to achieve strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning, Market Research, and Marketing Management
• Experience in Team Management
• Strong Skills in Sales
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the steel structures or construction industry is a plus
