We are now seeking a strategic Co-Founder to join our leadership team to accelerate our growth journey. If you are a risk taker and want to grow and get out of Rat Race then read ahead.

Role Overview

As Co-Founder, you will be an integral part of shaping the company’s strategic direction, building and scaling our business, and driving revenue growth. You will bring both capital investment and industry expertise to the table, taking ownership of business development, technology strategy, and overall company growth alongside the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

Invest seed / growth capital into Niladvantage and hold equity as an active co-founder

Define and execute growth strategies across IT services and solutions portfolio

Build and lead high-performing sales and technology teams

Drive enterprise business development and strategic partnerships

Provide thought leadership in emerging technologies and digital transformation trends

Represent Niladvantage at key industry events, client meetings, and investor discussions

Collaborate with the founding team to scale operations, improve governance, and build brand value

Ideal Candidate Profile

Age : 40s (mid-career professionals exploring entrepreneurial opportunities)

Background in leading technology sales / business development functions at reputed MNCs

Strong technology acumen and understanding of enterprise IT solutions

Demonstrated experience in driving large deals, partnerships, or complex technology solution sales

Entrepreneurial mindset, risk-taking ability, and a passion for building from the ground up

Strong industry network and ability to attract talent, customers, and partners

Willing to invest capital and take ownership as an equity partner in Niladvantage
