Job description
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales across B2B and B2C segments, with a strong focus on design, furniture, and interiors markets.
Identify new opportunities and nurture client relationships for long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute sales strategies that go beyond routine targets.
Collaborate with design and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Represent Leidenschaft Studio at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Track sales performance, share insights, and recommend improvements.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in design, furniture, or interiors industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
A dynamic personality with the ability to think on their feet.
Hands-on attitude, someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but makes things happen.
An eye for aesthetics and passion for design is a strong plus.
