Epic MyChart Support Specialist

to join our growing team at

Interscripts Software Pvt. Ltd.

Position :

Epic MyChart Support Specialist

Location : Hyderabad, India

Experience :

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Availability :

Immediate joiner (within 4–5 days)

Role Overview :

As a MyChart Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and clinical staff using the Epic MyChart portal. You’ll provide high-quality technical and functional support, ensuring a smooth, secure, and positive user experience.

✨ Key Responsibilities :

Provide first-level support for MyChart-related issues (login, access, functionality, etc.)

Respond to patient and staff inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with empathy and accuracy

Maintain comprehensive records of support interactions and resolutions

Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to enhance user satisfaction

Develop and update user documentation and FAQs

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of experience in

technical support, US healthcare, or customer service

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with ticketing / documentation tools

Basic understanding of EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience supporting

Epic MyChart

Knowledge of US healthcare workflows and HIPAA compliance

Strong multitasking, time management, and customer service skills

Core Competencies :

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset

Attention to detail

Commitment to delivering superior customer experiences
