Responsible for selling cloud storage and data solutions to SMEs by identifying prospects, explaining product benefits, and closing deals. Works closely with technical teams to support onboarding and ensure smooth client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach SME clients needing cloud storage or backup solutions.
- Explain features, pricing, security, and benefits in simple terms.
- Conduct demos, prepare proposals / quotations, and manage follow-ups.
- Coordinate with technical teams for setup, onboarding, and support.
- Maintain CRM entries, sales pipeline, and target achievement reports.
