We are seeking a dedicated and friendly female Receptionist cum Telephone Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail / deliveries.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management.
- Assist in the organization of the office and support other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and calmly.Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.Skills Required
