Looking for a candidate with 4- 8 years+ experience in
Real Estate Sales with good communication skills.
Summary : We are looking for a Sales Manager to independently close luxury real estate deals. You will handle HNI leads and manage the full sales cycle—from client interaction to deal closure—without pre-sales support. This is a target-driven role with direct involvement in driving business growth and working closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Management :
Handle around 100 high-quality leads every month. Understand client needs and offer suitable property solutions.
Sales Ownership :
Manage the complete sales process—from lead qualification and follow-ups to site visits and deal closure. Achieve monthly sales targets.
Customer Experience :
Build strong client relationships, address concerns confidently, and guide clients in making investment decisions.
Reporting & Coordination :
Keep CRM records updated and share regular performance reports with GM.
Market Knowledge :
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
