Who are we looking for?
As a Business Development Intern at Thinkerbell Labs, you will help scale Annie, the world’s first self-learning Braille ecosystem, along with other trailblazing products we’re bringing to life. If you believe innovation can drive social change, you’ll fit right in.
What will you be doing?
Identifying and onboarding beneficiaries and users who will benefit from our products
Handling client questions, inquiries, and challenges with professionalism and care
Coordinating with government departments to facilitate orders and partnerships
Reaching out to companies for funding and collaborations to fuel our growth
Preparing and sending quotes, proposals, and project reports to drive deals forward
Setting ambitious sales goals and crafting strategies to achieve them
Researching prospects, generating leads, and keeping the pipeline buzzing
What you'll need to bring to the table?
Completed an undergraduate / postgraduate degree in management, engineering, or equivalent
Strong analytical skills and a knack for numbers
Clear, confident verbal and written communication
A flair for customer service and sales
Solid negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Patience and empathy to understand and resolve customer needs
Strong ownership, negotiation, and objection handling; comfort with 50–70% travel.
Comfortable with 70% travel - PAN India.
Good to have :
Prior experience in B2B, B2C, or B2G sales
Hands-on familiarity with CRM or sales automation tools
Exposure to special education technology
Compensation
This internship offers a monthly stipend of 25,000 / - rupees.
