Ruka.Live is gaining traction. We’ve built a fully autonomous AI voice-calling sales agent that can do cold calling, lead outreach, and instant inbound follow-ups — all without human reps. Early customers love the power and speed.

Now I need a partner who can take this from strong MVP → scalable product → real company.

Who I’m Looking For

Someone who :

• Thinks like an engineer + product founder , not an employee
• Builds fast and clean (0 to 1, messy → stable → scalable)
• Understands AI voice stacks (speech-to-text, LLM orchestration, telephony, agent frameworks)
• Gets sales tech — CRMs, pipelines, integrations, real-world constraints
• Loves productising ideas and shaping them into something users obsess over
• Has perseverance — this isn’t a side project or a “try for 2 months” gig
• Wants a massive ownership stake and responsibility, not just a paycheck
