Job Summary : Saaki Argus And Averil Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Manager to oversee and drive recruitment operations for our consulting firm's clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, client relationship management, and process optimization to ensure seamless hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment challenges.
- Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor an RPO recruitment team, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
- Process Optimization : Continuously refine recruitment processes for efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align hiring processes with business objectives.
- Technology Utilization : Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to streamline hiring processes.
- Performance Metrics : Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and implement improvements.
Required Qualifications :
Any Bachelor s degree with 10-15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in handling large scale RPO Projects.Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse industries.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Ability to analyze data and optimize recruitment processes accordingly.Prefer : Immediate Joinees
