Description
The Solutions Architect, Customer Engagement (CE) role is to lead the enterprise architecture, governance, solution design, and global configuration of the organization’s Customer Relationship Management and Service Management software systems, collectively known as Customer Engagement, through best practices and leadership of a technical team. The CE architect will also apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide the organization through all phases of the design, development, deployment, and support of CE software critical to business operations
The solution architect should posses minimum 4 to 5 Years of Cloud Technology and earlier experience can be on any Development tool. The overall experience could be in the range of 8 to 10 Years.
