Job description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 0–4 years of experience in .NET or Python (backend) and ReactJS (frontend). This role is designed for early-career professionals who are passionate about full stack development and eager to grow while contributing to high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, work on real-world projects spanning product development, enterprise applications, and AI-driven solutions, and build skills across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using .NET or Python for backend and ReactJS for frontend.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, QAs, and product specialists to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code while following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, learning from feedback and gradually contributing improvements.
  • Debug and fix software issues to support smooth application functionality.
  • Stay curious and proactive, keeping up with emerging technologies and frameworks.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and actively participate in discussions.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience : entry-level developers with academic or internship exposure.
  • 2–5 years of experience : junior developers expected to contribute more independently.
  • Exposure to full stack development with C# (.NET) or Python for backend and ReactJS for frontend.
  • Hands-on project work, internships, or professional experience in full stack development is a plus.
  • Understanding of web development fundamentals, REST APIs, and databases.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of CI / CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Interest in testing practices and frameworks.
  • Awareness of modern trends such as generative AI and their applications in software.
