We are hiring for RCM Trainer Position for TVM location.

MODE OF INTERVIEW : Teams CALL

Skills : Process Trainer / Process Coach

Domain : US Healthcare - Medical Billing

Shift Timing : Night Shift (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Need to have extensive knowledge of RCM

Have good knowledge about HIPAA compliance

Have ability to train Freshers from the scratch about RCM industry.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback

Monitor new joiners performance and clarify process related queries

Implementing new training plan & training method

Traits

Minimum 5+ years in US Healthcare Process.(Experience ar callers more than 5 years experience with excellent communication can also apply.

Prefer candidate with good exposure in Denial Management, AR Calling, Billing in medical billing domain.

Immediate joiner preferred.
