Mandatory Requirement :
- 8+ Years of Experience in HR leadership for people management
- Exposure in fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with startups or rapidly scaling business
- Background in financial services, private equity or start-ups.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
Building strong recruitment strategies to support rapid hiring needsSetting up clear frameworks for HR operations, policies and employee handbooksDesigning and implementing performance evaluation systemsDriving initiatives that foster a positive, motivated and high performing cultureIdentify talent pool of candidate to work at various roles.Qualification and Experience :
MBA in HR or EquivalentOther Details :
Acting as a trusted advisor to the founders on people strategy and organisational design.Advising on organisational structure, workforce planning and culture building initiatives.Handling day-to-day HR operations like leave management, payroll processing, statutory compliance and HRMS managementHelping the founders on strategic initiatives, special projects and broader problem-solving beyond just HR.Skills Required
