About the Role
Airlearn is seeking proactive and detail-oriented Operations Interns with strong communication skills and a passion for learning. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the operational backbone of an innovative EdTech organization. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate between teams, and ensure seamless learner and educator experiences.
Responsibilities
LMS Management (Internal Platform)
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for smooth course delivery.
Upload, organize, and monitor content.
Identify and troubleshoot system issues, escalating when necessary.
Support automation and process improvements for better learner experience.
Learner & Educator Liaison
Act as the primary bridge between language experts and internal teams.
Address inquiries, resolve operational concerns, and ensure clear communication.
Daily Operations Coordination
Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently.
Coordinate across departments to maintain workflow consistency and timelines.
Track deliverables and help identify potential process improvements.
Content Quality Assurance
Review educational content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards.
Proofread materials for grammar, structure, and completeness before publishing.
Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain high-quality learning materials.
Documentation & Data Management
Maintain internal trackers, reports, and operational databases using Google Sheets.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy across all documentation processes.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability
Stay open to new tools, systems, and workflows as the organization evolves.
Take initiative in solving challenges and contributing to process optimization.
Exhibit flexibility in handling diverse operational responsibilities.
Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced team environment.
