About The Role

As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll lead and deliver impactful software projects that create measurable outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring every project stays on track - from planning to execution - while fostering agility, ownership, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple software projects in alignment with business goals

Facilitate Agile methodologies  (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure continuous improvement and collaboration

Partner with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders for seamless execution

Maintain regular client interactions to manage requirements, expectations, and updates

Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies

Guide and support teams, promoting accountability and a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For :

7–10 years of experience in IT / Software Project Management

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies

Experience in managing projects within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain

Hands-on with tools like Jira, Trello , or equivalent project management platforms

Familiarity with CI / CD, DevOps, and automated testing

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in product delivery and SaaS environments

PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification

Exposure to cloud-based and enterprise-level software solutions
