Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting and managing the sales team, driving sales initiatives, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes monitoring sales performance, providing feedback, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The Assistant Sales Manager will also be involved in training and development of the sales team to enhance their performance.

Qualifications

• Sales Management and Client Relationship skills
• Experience in driving sales initiatives and achieving sales targets
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Team management, training, and development skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
