Job Description Cloud PPM Consultant
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) with strong functional knowledge across project management, billing, costing, and resource management. This role requires a professional who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders, configure solutions, and support business operations to ensure efficient project delivery and financial control.
Key Responsibilities :
Oracle Fusion Project Management Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Project Management modules to support end-to-end project lifecycles. This includes setting up project plans, defining tasks and deliverables, assigning resources, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.Oracle Project Billing Lead the configuration and execution of Oracle Project Billing processes. Manage contracts, billing events, invoicing rules, and revenue recognition. Ensure accuracy,compliance, and alignment with accounting standards while providing timely project financial insights to stakeholders.
Oracle Project Costing Implement and maintain Oracle Project Costing to capture, allocate, and analyze project costs. Monitor expenditure items, cost adjustments, and capitalization. Ensure project cost transactions are accurately processed and integrated with financial reporting systems.Oracle Project Resource Management Configure and manage Oracle Project Resource Management to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization. Set up resource pools, track assignments, and monitor resource availability. Collaborate with project managers to align staffing requirements with business priorities.Process Optimization & Support Continuously assess current project management processes and recommend improvements using Oracle Cloud PPM capabilities. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to enhance adoption and system efficiency.Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with finance, operations, and project delivery teams to align Oracle Cloud PPM functionalities with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into effective system solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Mandatory Expertise in the following Oracle Cloud PPM modules :1. Oracle Fusion Project Management
2. Oracle Project Billing
3. Oracle Project Costing
4. Oracle Project Resource Management
Strong understanding of project portfolio management processes, financial integration, and reporting.Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications, configurations, and troubleshooting.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
