- more than 3-5) 1 Advanced proficiency in managing and optimizing Intune for device and application management, ensuring compliance and security. 2Intune Agent Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of any Agent Sync Issues 3. Supporting Intune Enrolment by SMS, EMAIL, Agent based for the end users & Hands on Experience in Intune Admin console 4. Supporting Platform specific issues in Agent and Active Sync configuration forWindows Laptops and Tablets. Basic Troubleshooting of Email Access issues in registered Devices 5. Handling Intune Incident Tickets and Basic Service Request in Queue 6. Should be able to Query, Add, Lock, Wipe, Retire Devices from Admin console 7. Monitor and ensure the Intune Services Availability 8. Distribute and Monitor Applications published using Intune Admin console 9. Generate and Provide various reports including Agent status, Application Published Status 10.Demonstrate proven track record in addressing moderately complex technical issues 11.Good written and verbal communication skills for communicating at all levels;
including good presentation skills 12.Excellent team player 13. Excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven and well organized.
Good-to-Have 1. ITIL Certified or a Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and change Management disciplines. 2. At least 4-5 Experience on Desktop admin and Mobile Device management Experience using INTUNE 3. Experience on procurement lifecycle Experience on various platforms like iOS, Android, Windows Experience on resolving End user queries
