JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Skilled and experienced L2 / L3 Solrwinds Monitoring Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting various aspects of NCM,NPM,NTM,SRM,SAM.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of Solarwinds tools

Knowledge of / Experience in Solarwinds.

Familiar with ITIL procedures. Worked on Incident, Change and Problem management.

Any automation.

Good communication and client handling skills.

This position is responsible for the day to day Solarwinds operational activities.

24 / 7 support of Solarwinds.

It includes installation, configuration and maintenance of Solarwinds.

Work with various support and application teams to resolve / prevent various issues and escalations.

Should take a lead and drive various projects independently.
