Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Direct project planning, scheduling, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Define scope, resources, and execution milestones with precision.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies and shifts.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for each project.
- Ensure compliance with Globalco’s methodologies, security protocols, and client expectations.
- Oversee financial tracking, budget alignment, and reporting accuracy.
- Identify risks, establish mitigation frameworks, and enforce contingency plans.
- Communicate progress transparently to stakeholders and senior management.
- Document project outcomes and lessons learned for institutional knowledge.
- Uphold technical quality and operational discipline throughout the lifecycle of all projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics.Proven experience in project or program management within a technical environment.Strong command of Agile or hybrid project management frameworks.Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Advanced analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.Experience managing international teams or distributed operations preferred.Preferred Attributes
