Program Associate

Job Title : Program Associate / Manager (Remote - US Shift)

Location : Remote (India-based candidates only)

Work Hours : 8 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 AM IST (Aligned with US Time Zones)

Key Responsibilities

Support or lead multiple interrelated projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and

strategic priorities.

Coordinate daily operations and end-to-end execution of projects and tasks

Handle requests from internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely resolution

Drive effective communication among teams partners and clients

Support budgeting tracking reporting and execution

Maintain dashboards and reports

Participate in meetings reviews and stakeholder discussions

Ensure smooth coordination and process flow across multiple ongoing initiatives.

Monitor program performance and help identify risks issues and mitigation strategies.

Communicate program status updates and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
