Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced client relations manager to manage key client accounts, maintain strong professional relationships, and support service delivery. The role requires consistent communication, structured follow-ups, and the ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This position is fully onsite in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Served as the main point of contact for assigned clients and ensured timely resolution of queries and concerns.
• Maintained long-term, trust-based client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
• Understood client requirements and coordinated with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery of services.
• Conducted regular follow-ups to ensure smooth service execution and identified potential business opportunities.
• Maintained complete and accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service updates through CRM tools.
• Reviewed client data to identify trends and recommended improvements where needed.
• Prepared reports, presentations, and client documentation as required.
• Coordinated with sales, operations, and support teams to maintain alignment with client expectations.
• Managed escalations professionally and ensured resolution within agreed timelines.
• Supported client engagement activities including feedback calls, review meetings, and satisfaction assessments.
