Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing : Overseeing the entire process from job analysis and advertisement to candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
- Onboarding and Training : Guiding new employees through the onboarding process and developing training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Employee Relations : Managing the relationship between employees and the company, including resolving minor disputes and promoting a constructive work environment.
- Policy Development and Compliance : Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Performance Management : Overseeing employee performance appraisal systems and working with management to set goals and improve performance.
- Compensation and Benefits : Administering and designing employee compensation and benefits packages and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- HR Strategy : Developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive talent management.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Experience : Proven track record in HR leadership, with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.Skills
