BD Lead for Electrical Products
Position : Based out of Jaipur
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Expansion :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions and verticals (e.g., construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, utilities).
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects for electrical products such as switchgear, cables, transformers, panels, etc.
- Client Management :
- Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, EPCs, distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions from our electrical product range.
- Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and market needs.
- Tendering & Proposal :
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, RFQs, and tender submissions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
- Market Intelligence :
- Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to provide insights for product positioning and development.
- Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to
senior management through reports and dashboards.
