Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with expertise in automation testing, particularly within the medical devices industry. The ideal candidate will lead, drive, and oversee automation testing activities, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and high-quality delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all test automation activities across projects in the medical devices’ domain.
• Review and approve test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner (PO) or SME.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in test automation.
• Mentor and coach engineers in automation testing methodologies.
• Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly.
• Act as the liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Drive alignment between technical and business requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance when necessary.
• Monitor emerging trends and innovations in test automation for potential adoption.
