Senior Manager – Human Resources (Generalist)

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive HR strategy aligned with business and sustainability goals.Lead recruitment across plant, field, and corporate roles.Oversee HR operations, payroll, and compliance with labour and EHS regulations.Build capability and performance programs for a diverse, purpose-driven workforce.Foster employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.Support ESG and CSR-linked people programs.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent, with 6-8years of experience (5+ in a leadership / generalist role).Experience in waste management, recycling, manufacturing, or logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, waste water managementStrong knowledge of labour laws, multi-site workforce management, and EHS practices.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrategic HR planning and executionStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsHands-on operational HR managementLabour law and statutory compliance expertiseChange management and organizational developmentEmpathy and cultural sensitivity, especially for field and plant teamsExcellent written and verbal communicationHands on experience of any HRMSExposure or experience of working with latest AI tools relevant for productivity and functional ease
