Role Overview -

The City Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations and sales activities of multiple gym locations within the city. This role requires a blend of operational expertise and sales acumen to drive performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve financial targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset and a passion for fitness and wellness.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Operational Management :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple gym locations, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency across all sites.
• Manage facility maintenance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and customer

satisfaction.
