DALOG India is looking for a Customer Success Engineer / Manager who can own client relationships end-to-end and drive value in some of India’s largest heavy-industry plants.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Be the single point of contact for top industrial clients (cement, steel, power, mining, O&G).
• Lead customer onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Visit sites to understand operational issues and propose data-driven reliability solutions .
• Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and prepare winning proposals.
• Gather customer insights to help improve our monitoring platform and services.
