Job descriptionCreate 12 high-quality, niche-focused posts per month Ensure posts align with my industry, tone, and growth goals Build a consistent narrative that positions me as a thought leader Implement -approved organic strategies to grow relevant, targeted followers Monitor insights to ensure follower quality and relevance Send connection requests across three key segments : ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) Engagers (people who interact with my content) Niche peers and industry-aligned profiles Actively engage (likes, comments) on relevant posts to expand reach Manage engagement on my posts to sustain momentum and visibility Use ethical tools, tactics, and network strategies to boost likes, comments, and overall visibility Monitor performance and adjust campaigns for optimal results Proven experience managing and growing personal brands on Strong copywriting & storytelling skills Understanding of ’s algorithm, analytics, and growth levers Ability to design compelling visual assets (banner, minor photo edits) Experience in thought-leadership content creation Highly organized and consistent with weekly deliverables Examples of profiles you’ve optimized Proof of growth metrics achieved for past clients 2–3 sample posts you’ve written for similar industry clients Your monthly / 3-month engagement rate and pricing Provide a 3 month KPI for your services
I’m looking for an experienced Optimization & Growth Specialist to elevate my personal brand, build thought leadership, and drive consistent organic growth on .
