Job descriptionBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 4+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 3 years focused on React Native. Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. In-depth knowledge of React Native internals, component lifecycle, hooks, and performance optimization techniques. Hands-on experience with Redux, MobX, or other state management libraries. Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integrations. Proficiency in native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle). Solid understanding of mobile UI / UX guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive layouts. Experience with mobile app security, encryption, and authentication mechanisms. Proven track record of publishing and maintaining apps on App Store and Google Play Store. Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for mobile deployments. Knowledge of Unit Testing & E2E Testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Appium). Familiarity with native iOS / Android development for custom module creation. Exposure to Cloud Services (Firebase, AWS Amplify, Azure Mobile Services). Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel). Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Work on innovative, high-impact projects with global clients. Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer who can architect, develop, and optimize complex mobile applications while ensuring superior performance, maintainability, and scalability.
You will be responsible for driving technical decisions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Architect scalable solutions with clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and design patterns.
- Integrate advanced functionalities such as real-time data sync, push notifications, offline mode, biometric authentication, and in-app purchases.
- Collaborate with UI / UX designers to create pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
- Optimize application performance for smooth animations, minimal load times, and maximum battery efficiency.
- Implement secure coding practices, ensuring app data privacy and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Integrate and manage third-party SDKs, APIs, and payment gateways.
- Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing to ensure code quality.
- Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to team members.
- Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, React Native updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve development workflows.
- Manage App Store & Google Play Store deployments and version control.
