The Opportunity
Maximise your impact as you build the capacity of early years educator as part of the School Readiness Program at IPC Health.
The School Readiness Program is an innovative approach to improve outcomes for pre-school aged children. We are seeking a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist, with skills and interest in supporting early years educators and families, to contribute to improving developmental and educational outcomes for children.
School Readiness Funding (SRF) aims to support the learning and development of children accessing kindergarten programs, to address educational disadvantage through capacity-building activities.
This role includes travel across the Brimbank and Melton LGAs and a fleet car in available for use. A staff laptop and mobile phone are provided. We offer high quality clinical supervision and paid professional development programs (such as Hanen).
Within the program, allied health professionals work in collaboration with educators and families, with the goal of improving outcomes for children in one or more of the three School Readiness Funding priority areas :
