We’re looking for a smart, curious, and lightning-fast technologist — someone with strong technical instincts and a builder’s mindset — to help us accelerate development, strengthen our systems, and experiment with automation and AI.

Your Mission

You’ll be the technical accelerator across our engineering team — working on projects that improve speed, reliability, and quality. You’ll build tools, automate repetitive tasks, help integrate AI workflows, and turn new ideas into working prototypes fast.

You will :

• Build and ship fast : Take ownership of quick-turnaround features and internal tools that free up the core dev team.
• Bridge backend and frontend : Work across React Native and APIs to ensure seamless integrations.
• Automate the boring stuff : Create scripts and utilities that streamline development and testing.
• Prototype and experiment : Explore AI-assisted development, vector databases, and intelligent internal tools.
• Improve processes : Identify bottlenecks and introduce small, smart changes that speed up team velocity.
